| Heavy Snow Expected In Grey Bruce Thursday Afternoon 02/15/2024 After some unseasonably mild weather the past couple of weeks, Mother Nature has a reminder today that winter isn’t over in Grey Bruce. There’s a winter weather travel advisory for the region — and a snowfall warning for the Bruce Peninsula — as some heavy snow is expected to fall Thursday afternoon. “The majority of snowfall accumulations may fall within just a few hours due to high snowfall rates. As the snow tapers off this evening, lake effect flurries will develop in its place, along with strong winds gusting up to 80 km/h,” Environment Canada says in its advisory.... | United Way Coldest Night of the Year Set for Next Weekend 02/15/2024 United Way Bruce Grey has grown for Coldest Night of the year with 4 walks set for next weekend. Walks are being held in Kincardine, Saugeen Shores, Grey Highlands and Meaford. Each walk has its own set goal for donations to reach in support of United Way Bruce Grey which so far has varying amounts reached from 22 per cent to 33....
