Regional Unemployment Rate Declines to 3.3 Per Cent

The April unemployment rate in the Stratford-Bruce Peninsula Economic Region is experiencing another decline, now sitting at 3.3 per cent. The Four County Labour Market Planning Board says the unemployment rate for the region decreased by 1.2 per cent points last month, remaining the second lowest in the province. The overall net employment in the region increased by 2,800, with 200 full-time losses and 3,000 part-time gains...
