| Kincardine Council Declares Council Ward 1 Vacancy 09/16/2024 Kincardine council is now moving to fill a vacant seat in council following the passing of Doug Kennedy. On September 11th, council had to make the move to declare the seat vacant and have chosen to fill the Councilor Ward 1 spot through an appointment process.
