| Housing Sales Increase, Prices Up for July 2024 08/15/2024 The Huron-Perth Association of Realtors says last month saw housing sales increase with another jump in the price of a home. 165 homes were sold in July, this is up 10 per cent from the same time last year. | Port Elgin’s Goderich Street To Be Repaved 08/15/2024 Port Elgin’s main street will be getting a facelift.... It’s set to be completed from Concession 6 in the south end of town to Concession 10 in the north end....
