| ONEXBUS Expanding Route Connection to Port Elgin and London 10/31/2024 ONEXBUS is expanding with a new route to help connect Port Elgin residents over into London. The new route by Ontario Express Bus will run on weekends with departures from London to Port Elgin at 5pm on Friday, Saturday and Sunday with a return to Port Elgin from London at 6:30am on Saturday, Sunday and Monday.... | Bruce Peninsula Food Bank Event A Success 10/31/2024 An event to help stock the Bruce Peninsula Community Food Bank was a success. The Empty Bowls Peninsula event raised $5,600 that organizers say will go a long way in filling the Food Bank shelves in advance of the holiday season. Over 80 people gathered at the Salvation Army meeting hall Monday, choosing from a selection of hand-crafted bowls donated by local potters, then choosing from five soups prepared and served by local restaurants....
