| Home Sales Up Across the Region in March 04/09/2024 The price of a home saw a drop over the last month according to numbers from the Huron-Perth Association of Realtors. Homes sold last month was 139 units, up slightly by two sales from March 2023. On a year to date basis home sales totaled 363 units over the first three months of the year, an increase of 15.6 per cent from the same time last year.... | Saugeen Shores Wants Community Input On Cultural Heritage Master Plan 04/09/2024 Saugeen Shores wants community input as it develops a Cultural Heritage Master Plan. The Town says the plan will identify cultural heritage resources in the community and make recommendations for their preservation. According to the province, heritage resources include artifacts or museum collections, buildings or structures, historic streetscapes, parks, trails or archaeological sites among other things.
