| Home Sales Rise in February 03/12/2024 Homes sold across the area saw a rise above average not seen in five years. The Huron-Perth Association of Realtors say homes sold across the region totaled 132 units last month, a massive leap of 50 per cent from the same time last year and rising from a five year low to above average levels.
