Second Warmest December Recorded Locally 01/03/2024 If you thought it was unseasonably warm last month, you aren’t alone. The Eric Soulis Memorial Weather Station at the University of Waterloo states last month was the second warmest December on record. Temperatures were 4 degrees Celsius warmer than the average for the month which was first recorded in 1988.
