| OPP Warning Drivers of Deer Becoming More Active 09/11/2024 OPP are warning drivers as we gear closer to the fall, you can expect to see deer become more active. Police say they are responding to more crashes involving deer across the area who are starting to come out. | Saugeen Shores Police Dog Riker Retires 09/11/2024 The Police Service board says this past July, Cst. Luscombe resigned to pursue a career outside of policing. They say his resignation has led to a pause in the current K9 program. The board says K9 Riker has been retired and adopted as per Saugeen Shores Police Service operating policy.
